Comprehensive
range of G R P cabinets and enclosures up to the customer
requirement suitable for indoor and outdoor installations. All
enclosures are completely finished in plant prior to dispatch.
The enclosures will have smooth mould finish externally and
coated hand lay up finish internally. The products are most preferable for
extreme environmental locations such as offshore / onshore oilfield,
petrochemical sites and sewerage treatment areas. Metering boxes as
per the specification of various water and electricity distribution
companies, Cable T V boxes and Telephone boxes are being
manufactured and supplied. |

Moulded single piece standard size and custom size enclosures for
various purposes as per the customer requirement are also made. Enclosures / kiosks of panel / sectional
type construction are made as required. This type can be delivered
as panels and assembled at site or it can be delivered in fully
assembled state. The overall sizes, access size, mounting type,
internal fixtures and provisions to accommodate the indented
equipment will be as per customer requirement.
Colour coded (during
manufacture) enclosures / cabinets to identify their contents easily
at site meant for fire fighting, life saving and other life
preservers are also manufactured.. Colours of the enclosures are
inherent which does not require any painting. The products will be
made strong enough to withstand the extreme conditions of the
region. All metal components used will be stainless steel of grade
A4/ 316 unless otherwise specified. These components can be
substituted with G R P if usage of any metal is restricted. Proper
nomenclature of the enclosure to specify its content or for its
identification are provided if required.
RAW MATERIALS : All raw materials used will be of class 1
choice for the extreme environment.
The raw materials used will be of high quality and suitable for
outdoor purpose without colour fading.
FABRICATION : The fabrication is by contact mould hand lay up
process in an open mould.
QUALITY ASSURANCE : Quality assurance is strictly as per the
requirement of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. All records pertaining to the
Quality of the will be preserved and is available for verification /
review whenever required by the responsible authority. |
