Free standing sheds and shelters intended to be used for vehicle parking, tank shelters,
equipment shelters and other custom applications. The roofs are shaped specially to manifest the architectural custom and heritage of the region. Each model roofing is profiled to achieve maximum strength. The roofs are easy to install with reduced equipment requirement and quickly at a reduced cost.
 

The roofing is manufactured by contact mould hand lay up process in an open mould. The raw materials used will be of high quality and suitable for outdoor purpose without colour fading. The roofs will be made strong enough to withstand the extreme conditions of the region. All roofing is completely finished in plant prior to dispatch.  

The roofing will have smooth mould finish internally (side with maximum view) and coated hand lay up finish externally. The roofing will be installed over sufficient steel supports. The type of steels used, rust proofing, fastener types and column foundation type will be agreed with customer prior to installation.  All required welding and rust proofing for the steel components will carried out in plant prior to dispatch to site. Structural calculations, detailed drawing, specification and raw material details will be submitted for review and approval if required.

The following standard model / designs are available in standard white colour. Any other colour will be manufactured only on request prior to fabrication. Custom made shelters in any required colours are also made. Insulated roofing and side covered roofing are also made for special purposes.
